Customer Care

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Shipping and insurance are paid by the customer. 

All purchased pieces will be required to have insurance purchased on them during the shipping process to ensure the integrity of the piece or pieces by covering the cost of any possible damages.

If customer lives in the Capital District of Albany, NY, free delivery may be arranged by the artist.

Commission Inquiries

All commissioned pieces will have an agreed-upon contract that states the style, size, cost, and delivery time of the piece/s. 

All sales on commissioned pieces are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Insurance on shipping is required.

Privacy & Safety

Customer personal information will never be shared or distributed to a third party. All data collection is used for business purposes only. Email addresses are collected for sale and general communication as well as keeping customers aware of news and updates.

Pricing & Payment Methods

All pieces are priced by barter for a specific living expense. For example, one month's rent equals $875.00, and a tank of gas equals $50.00, and so on.
